We offer entrainments (Network Chiropractic adjustments) that are gentle and fully effective at guiding your brain to find areas of stress and determine a strategy to unwind defense patterns. We offer wellness education in the form of personal experiences, articles, books, discussions, classes, evening lectures, and weekend workshops.
